With RPGUI installed there is nothing in front either way and they are all the same color. Normally with Quest Completist it lists all Quests, which it still does, but quests you have completed are a different color than quests you have not completed, and quests you have completed also have a checkmark in front of them whereas quests you have not completed simply have the "!" in front. My problem is that I can no longer see which quests I have completed and which I have not. Now, through this accident of not loading the RPGUI on this one character I have been able to confirm that it is RPGUI that causes my problem with Quest Completist. that's the curseforge link because the wowinterface page for this addon hasn't been updated since 2011). I use another addon called Quest Completist (. Is there a way to "load the RPGUI" if you missed that initial load?Įdit: thought I might add another little problem I am having with this RPGUI. I don't want to delete the entire WTF folder as I have made my own personal changes to get the look the way I want and deleting everything will require a lot more work all over again. I tried deleting that characters directory from the WTF folder. Now it's not working properly and I can't see anyway to "load the RPGUI" at this point! Then I proceeded to log into all my alts, and it worked great with all of them as well.except for one alt, where I accidentally clicked on "no" instead of yes to "load the RPGUI". Then I logged in to my main and did the "click yes" to load the RPGUI. I followed all the instructions and everything went well.
Love this whole package, but I have a slight problem. Removing the Tooltip in Combat since it was too big when you target an Enemy for a Cleaner combat. BigWigs added and configured to match the UI Doom_CooldownPulse added (Added for much cleaner cooldown reminder) Clicking on spells and frames to target an ally is suboptimal and can lead to losing a lot of downtime and a lot of wasted GCDs. Make sure you have all your abilities keybound, and you have mouseover macros for them. Removed Cooldown bars (Was taking too much space when entering Burst Phase of a Boss Fight) I personally use Grid2, but VuhDo, ElvUi frames or default Blizzard frames are all great alternatives. This Addon also allows you to change the colours of player frames to make things like debuffs and needed dispels visible and easier to manage.-Added 1920x1080 Config (See "Other Files") For example, flash of light to Ctrl + Left click, means you could just use your mouse to heal. Since you’re able to map different abilities to a combination of keys. Healbot is a great option if you don’t an MMO mouse with a multi-button side panel. That extra second you save from not having to re-target a player may mean the difference between life and death when it comes to healing. For example instead of having to target a player to heal them, all you have to do is place your cursor over their player frame and either left click, right click or use your middle mouse button. It also allows for you to Mouseover and click to cast your spells. HealBot is not only a Addon that allows you to change your player frames making it easier to heal in raids and dungeons. However if you take the time to make sure that your comfortable with the layout, you’ll be well on your way to becoming a great healer. Changing things like fonts or sizes of bars and boxes is easy with ElvUI.ĭue to the nature of being able to change your entire UI, there is a little learning curve with using ElvUI. Remember your job is not only to heal but to do things such as debuff too.ĮlvUI, in my experience is the best UI addon you can use since it allows you to fully customise your UI. If your UI is messy then seeing when people need healing can be hard. Making sure that your UI is clean and easy to understand is key to becoming a good healer.
